This was my first time reading work from either author and brb I have to go read everything they have ever written prior to this. Rush Riggins is NAUGHTY in all the good ways, saying and doing the things you wish your man would if you ever had the courage to ask. More than once I looked over my shoulder to see if anyone could see what I was reading, and I was in my own house. This is not a book that leaves you feeling content and fulfilled after reading. I just read the last page and I feel like I just got done skating the 27 in 5, wondering if there will be a story for any of the other knuckleheads. I'm not usually into sports romance, but this? I dig it.
Gramps leaves Ava with 'his baby' a football team. Her family, made up of greedy spoiled people turn their backs on her. She knows nothing about how to run a team, but gramps has people willing to teach her. Rush Riggins (not sure I like the name) finds the new owner has been one of his many conquests and she is not impressed to find he is part of the team. Ava fights him all the way when Rush decides they make a good fit, and she almost wins out, or is that loses?? I'm not sure I loved this book, but the story was well written.
I haven't really ever read a book with coauthors, but I loved every minute of it!
If you like football, sex, and crazy love, this is the book to read! Excellent work ladies!

I have read everything SE Hall has written and co written. Ive yet to read anything by Storm, but I can say these 2 definitely work well bringing a good story togetger. Can't wait to see if we get more in this series!! Well done ladies
Rush and Ava meet and share a hot unforgettable night not bothering to share their names. The next day, Ava's grandfather passes away and leaves her the NFL team he owns. Turns out Rush is the quarterback and he has no intention of letting Ava go even if she thinks they can't see each other.
I loved Rush. He's a big sweetheart of a flirt and is used to getting any woman he wants. He changes for Ava and goes out of his way to prove himself. I only liked Ava okay. There were a number of times I wanted to slap her upside the head and knock some sense in her. Her back and forth and constant denial drove me absolutely crazy. It just drug on and on and on. Her best friend Marcy was a much more likeable character and I'd love to get her story.
Overall it was a good book. I simply adored Rush.
Picked this book up and couldn't stop reading it. Everyone should have Rush in their lives. Something about an alpha male, yum! Please do yourself a favor and read. Warning be prepared to do nothing else until you finish this book.
